Climbing hydrangea
Why is my new climbing hydrangea leaves going brown and curling? I have already took it up at the beginning of spring and I grew it on in a pot to get strong and healthier then replanted it,
now it’s reversed back to looking dead .i keep the soil moist and have fed it .its on the front of the house so getting morning sun then shade all day

Also - sun through the morning makes it even harder for the foliage to stay healthy just now, while roots are trying to establish again after being replanted. Ideally- they're best on a north, or north east facing site, so that they get protection from too much sun, especially at this time of year, if you live in a warmer area.
They're tough plants though, and although you have some damage just now, those leaves will drop, and you should get some new healthy growth. By next spring, it should be well enough recovered to make good growth next year.
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
