Rose identification

This rose has been in the family since 1946. None of us know its name and would love to find out more about it. It is salmon pink in bud, opening to a lovely soft salmon in full bloom. It has tiny buds and is a small-growing bush with vigorous, mid-green leaves. The most similar rose I have found, and similar in shape, and habit, is Cecile Brunner. It was in our garden in Chipping Norton. 'Reincarnated' and taken to Linton, Cambs, where it still lives.  Thank you , Elspeth Farrar, Bath.

Possibly Perle d'Or, although the leaves look more like those of Crepuscule, but that is a huge climber not a small rose.
  • Thank you, Jemula. I think it is likely that you have it right! Perle d'Or is the closest I have seen to ours.
