Just brought this burning bush yesterday at the garden centre and was reading up about pest that affect this shrub. So had a look this morning and found these on the Leaves plus I did notice what looked like tiny spider webbing between the leaves also is this spider mite???

It could well be - you'll need a magnifying glass to see them so direct ID from a photo isn't possible, but the damage does look typical.
The good news is that they won't survive outdoors, especially of you regularly spray the shrub with a fine mist of water, which they hate.  However, if you have had it temporarily indoors near any houseplants, best keep an eye on those in case they have been infected.  Spider mite is primarily a problem for plants kept indoors or grown under glass, but can affect garden plants in prolonged hot, dry conditions.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

A hand sprayer will be OK.  Unfortunately, spider mites have become immune to insecticides so don't waste any money on those.  Personally, I think I'd take it back and ask for a replacement or a refund - It looks in poor overall condition.

I think it'll be OK - looks much better now I can see the whole plant.  Once it's planted in the ground and regularly watered and sprayed, I'm sure it'll recover just fine. :)
