Hi All

A laburnum tree in my garden suddenly died (last year it was blooming, this year it is completely dead).  Today I noticed mushrooms like things growing around the base.  I have attached photographs.  Can anyone please identify?  Thank you.

    Yep, the fungus is an opportunist not a killer. Laburnum aren't very long-lived as trees go. I have one that's been declining for the last several years. It still flowers well but there's no new growth and the leaves die off earlier each year. It may have to go soon.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
