What's my best option to make this survive? It got broken off. Thanks in advance. It's soaking in a bucket right now.

I don't think you can :(. But if the base is still in the ground it might regrow , and if there are any non-flowering green shoots on the broken part and they haven't wilted, you could try rooting them as cuttings.

Thanks. It's a third of main plant so most js left in the ground OK. I was hoping I could get this section to survive. So you recommend trying to root some non flowering bits from this?

Take some heeled cuttings from any non-flowering sideshoots you can find.

Cut the stems of flowers and add to them with some other flowers and foliage from the garden and pop them in a jug or vase or jam jar ... lovely to have a bunch of garden flowers in the house to make the weekend feel special. 💐 😊
