Patty Pans

I love these little squashes  - this year mine have loads of foliage but all the flowers are male..does anyone know how I can get them to fruit please!

    Just wait ... they’ll be fruiting like mad before very long and you’ll be asking for recipes to use the excess ... won’t be long now ...... 😊

    We grew them a few years ago ... we ate them with every meal and made loads and loads of chutney ... any courgette recipe can be used for patty pans ... and this recipe for courgette cake is wonderful

    Brilliant - the plant is now a giant - but I have seen the beginnings of one or two squashes!
