Help me pick some container plants for my North facing front door

    Every day when I go out with my dog I pass a house that has a very attractive grass-like plant in their very well maintained front garden.
    I've searched to find out what it is and by coincidence you've just informed me!
    It has a lovely form and colour and still looks good in winter
    Definitely one worth considering

    Yes, there is almost no change in the foliage, regardless of season.  They don't need much watering either, but I give mine a liquid feed once a week during the Summer.  I get the odd nibble from snails/slugs, but nothing to detract from the attractiveness.
