Help to Identify a Rose?

Hello everyone, I am a first time poster!

Thank you for looking at my question. 

My aunt has had this rose (attached) in her garden for 50 or so years, she is now moving she would loved to plant the same thing in her (tiny) new garden only we do not know the variety.

It is quite unusual- it always starts off bright yellow/pink (first photo) then turns hot coral pink with no yellow at all (second photo). It also smells divine.

I can’t track it down at all but wondered if you could help?
