tall onions above my lilies, I'm aware I planted  something else in my lily bed but lost the tags

    Photo not very clear but they look like Allium. I have white ones that look like that at the moment

    Yes ... peering into the gloom I can see some allium buds ... won’t be long now ...

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Thanks folks, was just confused as all the other (Mixed) Allium I put further along the bed have long since flowered n going to seed (if that’s the right phrase lol). I didn’t get to see them at their onion looking time as I was flat out at work til n didn’t get down the bottom garden til suddenly they were in bloom. Will look forward to my late bloomers, maybe it’s because they’ve had my lilies to compete with there. Thanks again folks 😊

    I had taken a photo in daylight previously but my post was clearly not successful for whatever reason. Have a reasonable answer now. Will send you better pic now though if it makes you happier
