Wilting Wysteria

Does anyone know why all the leaves on my 12yr old Wysterian are crisp, dried out and curling like crazy???  HELP!

    Is it getting enough water? Give it a good soaking.

    Several gallons of water soaked slowly around the root area every other day between now and mid Sept. start again in March. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
