Brown Spots On Leaves

Can anyone tell me what these brown spots on the leaves on a Lavatera Barnsley?.

Looks like rust. I believe Lavatera are prone to it. Typically you remove and destroy the affected leaves.. but it looks to be everywhere on your plants. Hopefully others have advice.
