Sissinghurst plant IDs please

Went to Sissinghurst yesterday- beautiful and totally lived up to its reputation. Saw these 2 plants looking spectacular, but what are they?

first is maybe salvia sclarea, second ,one of the campanulas

Is the campanula a Lactiflora? 1st one is a Clary sage, looks lovely when planted en masse.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

Am I the only person put off Clary sage by the smell??

No, it stinks😀
Endsleigh had a lovely display a few years ago. You couldn’t hear yourself for bees, they’re were hundreds on it.

thank you so much. The clary sage leaves did smell yuck.
