Cauliflower troubles - Flower not colying!

My cauliflower aren't colying! Any ideas why? Thanks

    Cauliflowers hate temperature fluctuation while they’re growing ... so the erratic weather this spring may have something to do with it.  

    They also need a lot of space ... I like to plant them at least 2ft apart, preferably more. This encourages them to form a firm curd, although I don’t know why 🤷‍♀️

    I would cut those sprigs ASAP and eat them as I would white sprouting broccoli ... they’ll be fine to eat ... they’ll just look a bit different. 😉

    Mine have been the spawn of sprouting broccoli this season too.
