Help!

I planted a wildlife life hedge in our front garden, they were young plants and were growing well until last week, the bush I have pictured below shows it on its leaves. Now my Hawthorne bushes have suddenly become covered in this white as well. They are dying. They are fed and watered, can anyone advise me on what I can do to save my plants.
