Hyoericum

is this yellowing of my hypericum leaves normal? It has flowered well during the summer. Do I need to feed it?

I think you do need to feed it and water it too. Is it dry? Feed can't be absorbed if the soil is dry. I don't know much about hypericums but I know that roses like to be fed after flowering.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

They are tough plants. New leaves are forming so quickly at this time of year, they can start off pale pink maturing over month to green. This is normal. If you are growing in a container, you will need to keep them well watered. If growing in the ground, it looks like a mature looking shrub, may only need a yearly general purpose fertilizer. They are not demanding plants.
