Alstomerias

I have 3 Alstomerias in pots which have bloomed brilliantly for a couple of years. However this year 2 of them started off full of flower in early spring. As the blooms faded I pulled the spent blooms from the base as I have always done but they have not as yet produced any new flowers. In fact one of them now has nothing at all. Any advice would be welcome.

You give too little information to go on really.
They might have outgrown the pots but can't say as don't know the size.
Might need a feed or do you top dress and/or feed it
    Are they well watered?
    A photo is always helpful
    And finally welcome!

  • Yes they are fed weekly and well watered.  Think I might try repotting to larger pots as that did cross my mind as they have lived in the same pots for 3 years now one in a 15 inch pot and the other in a 12 inch. Many thanks

Are you feeding them with something with a higher percentage of potash (potassium), such as tomato or rose food ?  These promote flowering better than a general feed.
  • No just a general purpose feed. Will try what you suggest. Thank you
