Lawn care

Hi, I turfed my lawn about 3 weeks ago. I have just come to give it it's first mowing. I have noticed I have patches of mushrooms or toadstools on it. How do I get rid of them.

    Just brush them off, they're mostly harmless.

    Thank you. But, I would like to get rid of them altogether if possible

    Thanks. I will just have to stay on top of it and pick them out. I was just worried that if i miss some and my little grandchildren put them in their mouths.
