Can Japanese Knotweed and Bindweed coexist?

    You never said whether you needed a mortgage. Very doubtful they would lend on this property or if they do it will not be the amount you require.  They want to cover their loan if they repossess the property. 
    No house is worth the the amount of worry and problems that this will cause.

    When buying a house you really must let your head rule your heart ... no matter how hard it may be.

    I understand you’re very invested at this point but that is a very bad situation. I know what it feels like when house hunting but there’s always another house. This one will give you so much headache, and imagine trying to sell it on yourself one day...will be a nightmare. 
  • RUN. EVen the most perfect house is not worth the long term implications of buyng ths property. Your Solicitor should warn you.
    Check out the insurance and restrictions. Knotweed is a reportable plant and the implications are not just wth the neighbour but anyone else in the area.
