Spots on palm

Hello, I bought this palm a few months ago and it was beautiful - a healthy dark green colour.

Since then it has not been doing too well... the leaves are starting to get yellow spots and one of the tips of the affected leaves has turned brown (see photo)

I’ve been keeping it in the porch, where it gets indirect light, and I give it a good watering once a week. I recently gave it some concentrated seaweed in with its water as I read that can help. But it continues to get worse.

Not sure what I’m doing wrong, can anyone help..? Thanks

This is a guess , but l'm wondering if you should wait until the soil feels dry until you water again. (Apologies if this is what you are doing).
The only other thing may be the air is too dry or moist.
As you can tell l'm no expert, hopefully bumping this up will produce one  :)
