Looks like it is in a pot, is that correct? If so, it's possibly not big enough, not getting enough water, and perhaps needs a bit of liquid feed every week or so. A photo of it in the pot would help us to advise you more.
We gave up growing them in pots, and moved them back into the ground, they are much happier.
It may have gone short of water at a critical point, or it's a bit of wind damage. They're quite susceptible to both those things, and it's usually short term, and nothing much to worry about. I'm assuming that's what you're worried about though - the tips of the foliage?
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
I don't feed much - I use some B, F&Bone in spring. Liquid seaweed is good for foliage plants, but they mainly just need decent soil and water, plus good drainage. A mulch of gravel or bark is beneficial too, to retain moisture.
When you repot, it's actually better not to overpot them. Just move them up to a pot a couple of inches bigger in diameter each time. They're slow growing, and the fine roots can be waterlogged if there's too much wet soil to sit in.
