Vegepod nursery

oooftoooft Posts: 191
I bought these vegepods in a closing down sale with great intentions to grow salad crops. Turns out I have zero interest in growing veg as this is the third lot I've ruined. I do love growing flowers though and thought I'd just use them as raised beds from now on. I have lots of delphinium and echinacea in pots that I've grown from seed with the intention of over wintering in a cold frame to plant next spring. Should I transfer them into the pods just now, leave them in there for the winter and dig them up in the spring or is that madness? I also have some pots of over grown Veronica that I've bought from garden centre bargain corner and thought I could divide them and pop them in here, again to plant in spring. Please advise if you think you would do this yourself? Cheers

Can't be any harm in giving it a go  :)
They're very snazzy, l wouldn't mind something like that myself. I keep dropping hints to my OH about building a shelf for my coldframes as getting up and down leads to me making sounds like your forum name, but so far they've fallen on deaf ears.
