Is this plant healthy or diseased?

Hi there. I was just wandering if this plant is diseased or not. Its a boston ivy but looks very spindly and the leaves are turning brown red. Many thanks

    I think it is simply struggling in that pot which is far too small for this climber, which really needs to be planted in the ground.
    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    Pot is far too small. It's hungry and thirsty😕

    I have just bought it online . I have checked it and its not pot bound or anything but ll try re-planting it .

    The pots that plants are sold in aren't meant for the long term! A much bigger pot would be a temporary stopgap, but it'll be much happier with a permanent place in the ground.
