Problem with runner bean leaves

Hi

Anyone tell me whats wrong with my runner beans.  Seem a little wilted and dry/crumbling on edges.  Do they just need a good watering?  Seems to be just the bigger top leaves at the moment.

    Give them a really good soaking every evening ... leaving the hose on the root area for half an hour wouldnt be too much. 

    They’re very thirsty plants anyway and this wind is very desiccating. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
