Chilli plant leaves turning yellow

I wonder if someone could help me with my chilli plant problem. The leaves are becoming mottled with a silvery type of spot then progressing to a yellow leaf when it falls off. This happened last year and I pruned it back and it survived now it’s happening again. I feed with tomato fertiliser every few weeks and generally try to let it dry out between watering. I’m wondering is it a bacterial problem or maybe a fungus?
any help would be great.

I personally don’t think it’s a fungal/bacterial infection. I know you said you feed your plants, but I suspect it’s not had enough potash feed. I think a weekly feed might be better. I also would not wait until it gets too dry to then water either. Once they get over-dry it’s tough to revive them.

Could it be a lack of nutrients? The pot looks rather small and I'm wondering why there are stones on the top..

I would repot it if it were mine. Also I believe that they should be watered when the top 2 inches of soil is dry.

Thank you for the advice. I will repot this evening and try feeding potash.

It might be better to give it some liquid seaweed, it has more minerals and your plant might be missing those was what I was thinking.
