What rose is this?

Hi all. I planted this rose about 8 years ago as a memorial plant, but cannot for the life of me remember what kind of rose it is. I am pretty sure it was supposed to be a bush - not that you'd know from looking at it (but I think that is down to hubby's pruning method - i.e. only cutting the top, but as I am getting into gardening, I have said I will take over and want to do it properly).
Apologies that the picture shows it hidden behind the bird feeders.
The roses produced start off almost red, then the colour changes to red-orange streaked colour then to a peachy colour and they smell like Parma Violet sweets (although the last ones were full of earwigs 🤮) and are fairly large flowers but we only get about 8 a year and this year they arrived about 2 weeks ago and the last one dropped off this morning.
The buds only appear across the top (shown with arrows) and nowhere else on the plant.
The cut flowers shown are all from this plant, the one on the right is what the other two turn into after another few days/week on the plant or after cutting.
Having watched past episodes of GW I am keen to find out what kind it is so I know when I should be pruning it. I think it is now all the flowers have dropped and there are no more buds, but want to make sure as with it being a memorial plant I have a fear of cutting it right back or something almost as extreme and it never growing back 😟
Any help would be appreciated.

Bumping this up with the hope that one of the rose experts on here may be able to help.
It's very pretty, and l'm intrigued by the Parma Violets perfume  :)

I'm not one of the rose experts AnniD mentioned but could it be Masquerade?
    Wearside, England.
  • masquerade was a much smaller flowered rose and a floribunda.  This is a stunning colour.  Have you tried browsing the online catalogues of rose growers like Harkness or David Austin?

    Could it be Remember Me?

Remember Me is ringing a massive bell! (no pun intended). I have looked at photos online and they do look remarkably similar. I have emailed David Austin Roses to see if I can send them a picture to confirm it as they sell them.
Thanks for the help everyone 😃🤩
