What's the protocol for feeding tomatoes I have 2 in small pots, they seem happy enough and have some small flowers appeared.

Once the first truss of fruit is set.  :)
How often you do it after that is debatable. I only feed two or three times in total.

I feed weekly, as mine are in tubs with only half the compost being new so not so much feed in there. Not heavily as only use a cap full to a watering can and that feeds 8 plants. You could try a teaspoon in a two litre bottle, once the baby toms appear.😁

In warmer weather the plants can use more feed to produce more fruit. If it's cooler they don't grow as fast so wont be able to use as much feed.
For this reason outside plants are usually fed a bit less often than greenhouse toms, so about every 10 days outside and about weekly in the greenhouse in typical weather.
If it's warmer, feed a bit more often. If it's cooler, feed less frequently.
Try to use a feed for tomatoes e.g. Tomorite

As mentioned above no need for any feed until the first tiny fruits begin to form.

    What is a truss?
I have doff tomato feed, so about 1 or 2 tsp to a watering can once a week.  Can tomato feed be used on anything else such as peppers or raspberries?

    Does this help?

1 is the side shoot to be removed
2 is the truss, in flower but soon to be tomatoes!

I normally only have about four or five tom plants, but I just make up a canful, and use it for other flowering plants @Thebigeasy. A couple of them don't have fruit yet, so it's only the others which are getting some just now.

I'm sure you could use it for other fruiting plants too, without any problem  :)

When you said small pot I was thinking windowsill @Thebigeasy that wouldn't need a watering can. If you are using a watering can then use the recommended amount on the label. And yes you can feed other flowers/fruit/veg with it too.

yes that is small for a full grown tomato plant, the least I would use is a 9 to 12" pot across, mine are in 18 to 24" tubs.
