German Rampion or Evening Primrose?

ThebigeasyThebigeasy Posts: 190
Have several of these growing in parts of my garden that hasn't been landscaped yet, some in places they shouldn't be such as cracks at doorway at garage and other such places.

I quite like them now they have flowered and would like to move the ones that haven't flowered yet.  How invasive are they? Who here would keep them?

  • I have them in one area of my garden - I originally sowed them from free seeds from the GW magazine. I love them. They seed themselves around quite freely but are easy to spot and remove where they're unwanted.

There are nicer forms than that wild one - look at 'Lemon sunset' and 'Apricot delight' seeds.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

These are wild? I've never seen them in the wild before.  I will look into those, thanks.
