Spinach - too much water?

Planted some perpetual Spinach. The leaves have gone crispy and have these weird marks all over, some have gone almost see through. Is this from too much water? Are these saveable?

That looks like leaf miner damage. Healthy plants will outgrow it.
The compost does look a bit boggy and the plants look overcrowded. Leaf beet grow into quite large plants with a tap root. Have you a garden bed where you could plant them?

How deep is the compost ... that container looks deep but the compost doesn’t come near the top.
Plants will be healthier and stronger if they get more air circulation. Being ‘sort of contained’ with no free flow of air create the humid situations that fungal infections etc flourish in.
