Poorly bamboo

Hello! I've posted about a sick berberis and I have a poorly bamboo near it too. A lot of leaves are falling, especially on one side, as you see in the pictures. Any ideas please? It had a wasps nest under it last year.

    looks like it's been too dry at some point too. 
    Against the wall isn't going to help either. Bamboos need LOTS of water.
