Can somebody identify this bush please?

I moved into a new house, and this was in the garden but I have no experience whatsoever. Could somebody id this please?

It flowers with pink flowers in spring..

Also, do the brown bits mean it's not healthy?

Thanks :)

That does look very similar, thanks! I got told that I had to chop the purely green branches off and now I think I was wrong, as it looks like they're the only ones that flower?? Have I made a terrible mistake...?

    Brown bits...been an odd year.
Keep it well watered if weather hot dry.
    Mulch well.
    Basically it looks fine.

You are correct to remove any branches that have plain green leaves.

Left on the shrub  they will grow more quickly than the  white/green leaves.
Eventually smothering the whole plant until it is all green..with no white/green leaves to be seen.
The variegated branches should bear pink flowers...but not until next spring.
