Loose compost for refills

Hello, does anyone know of a garden centre where you can refill your compost bags from a bulk supply? This was featured last year (or the year before?) on Gardeners' World. I'm looking specifically for somewhere easily accessible from the Richmond/Kingston (London) area.

    I have had a look around but can't see anything in your area. I remember the place you mean on GW.
    The only thing l could find was this, but basically they deliver loose topsoil,  compost etc. They invite you to contact them so you might be able to reach some sort of agreement.

    Failing that, l guess it's a case of ringing round all your local garden centres  :)

    Think your local refuse does free compost or maybe it's topsoil, not 100% sure.

    Thank you for your reply!  I think the quantities will be too large,  though. I'll keep looking. It would be great if more garden centres would offer loose compost.
