What is this

Hi

This is growing in my allotment and I’m not sure what it is, any ideas? It’s about 6ft tall

It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Big like this

and they drop millions of seeds all over the place ... you won’t be very popular in the allotments if you let that grow 😱

Oh, and they suck all the moisture out of the ground ... and they have surface roots which spread and spread and spread.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

  • thank you, I’m guessing the last plot holder had a sense of humour, as they have planted horseradish and it’s rampant

Give some to someone who likes roast beef!
I've a clump in one of my borders and quite like it as a plant. The leaves make a bit of a statement and the flowers looked pretty amongst the aquilegias and the cow parsley.
