What to do with these lilies

Hi I  purchased some Lily bulbs online they were delivered last month, I planted some in beds and some in containers. They have just started to show but I think they were planted too late for them to reach full height and flower this year, come winter should I cut them down to the ground whatever height they reach or just leave them to die down naturally?

    They're growing - so just leave them to settle, and let any growth die down itself. They're unlikely to do much now, as they really need to be in the ground by about May, but they'll build up for next year.  :)

    You can give them a general feed now and again while they die back later in the year.
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    I picked some up in a cheapo offer several years ago, and they were looking like yours by summer. They all grew well the following year, and flower very consistently every year. I split the clumps up last year and all are doing well this year :)
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
