Novice gardener asks ‘what have I done?’
Senecio Angel wings went from “great-for-me-1st-attempt” to disaster. I Potted Them in garden 18months ago, no probs then 2020 heatwave May/June followed by temp drop and rain++ resulting in rapid deterioration and insect infestation virtually overnight. Should I right this off to experience or is there a glimmer of hope? Can I re-pot anew or transplant directly into the garden bed - fresh soil/pots etc. Can I cut them back, can I kill the creatures? Oh I would be so grateful for just one lifeline. I never knew Gardening could be so cruel. Thank you from naive-novice gardener aged 59yrs..(I kid you not)
