Non-productive grape vine

We have a grape vine for over ten years now (variety uncertain but produces white grapes). Every year we've had at least ten or more, and generally many more, bunches of grapes. However this year we have just two tiny bunches. I have done nothing different to previous years. Is it just having a year off?
