Upward lead curl on chillies

Hi, we've had this upward leaf curl on some of our chillies for years and years, is there any solution?! It stunts growth

    Check the underneath of the leaves, and the growing tips, for aphids/greenfly etc. I usually see this when greenfly have sucked the plant earlier in its growth, but then the leaves get too tough for them to hang around and decimate the plant.

    No sign of pests but perhaps when they were small
