Maybe Sidalcea Elsie Heugh but more likely Linaria purpurea Canon J Went.

    It looks like Linaria, Toadflax.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Linaria Canon Went - easy from seed but does self-seed everywhere.
I have the usual blue variety too.
    Lovely plants

    Billericay - Essex

I have them in my garden.Grown by seed and flowering for ages now already. They took about 2 years to get to a decent size though
