Potato leaves

I've got two large grow bags with potatoes in, these have come up from what was left in there from last year. I noticed they looked like they were coming up well end of March. All I've done since then was earth them up when I could get compost and water. They've shown no signs of growing any flowers and I've got no idea what type of potatoes they are. The leaves could be dying because of the weather recently or should I be digging them up? Any help please?

Time to get your hand into the compost and have a feel if there are any potatoes down there. ;)
All varieties of potato can be left until the foliage dies back, so if in doubt do that.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

As bob says check if they are big enough for your liking. However, those little round dots on the leaves, they look a little suspicious, have a closer look at them and look at pictures of Early Blight.
