Bug identication

Could anyone tell me what these bugs are on my willow tree

    Hello jonathan, welcome to the forum. They are ladybird larvae and they are looking for aphids to eat  :)

    Lucky you, they are ladybird pupa, from which adult ladybirds will emerge:
