Is this a dandelion?

Hi all, spotted a few of these and thought weed so pulled one out expecting deep tap root as a dandelion but was surprised to see a shallow root with some aphids.

Is this a different weed? Thanks 🙂

Leaf on a dandelion the spikes tend to point back towards the centre of the rosette. My thoughts are that it's a Cat's Ear.

Hypochaeris radicata...common name Cat's ear looks good.

Thanks both. At least they are easier to pull out compared to dandelion 🙂
