Jasmine climber

Hi i have a jasmine climber which was growing well until a bit snapped, there has been a lot of new growth since i would say its growing about 5cm in 24 hours but its all brown an the leaves are floppy compared to the rest of the plant! Any suggestions? Hopefully i have attached photos of brown re growth an the older green leaves!thanks!

Is this plant growing in the ground or in a container? The leaves don't look like a Jasmine to me. Might it be a Clematis Armandii? Your comment about its fast growing and the leaf pattern suggests that.

New young leaves on Clematis Armandii tend to start out bronze and mature green as the season moves on. As long as there is no breakage along the way, and the leaves are floppy rather than crispy, I suspect it's just young leaves forming that will eventually mature and harden in time.
