it’s in friends garden was there when she moved in

    Good for elderberry wine .

    I absolutely love them in jam, but you need to strain the seeds.

    I use the flowers in a gooseberry crumble ... or elderflower fritters ... delicious

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
