Victoria Plum Tree

What is wrong with my Victoria plum tree please it started out alright it is over 12 years old,I have watered and fed it throughout it its life,I have had a lot of plums over the last 6 years or so,I hope it hasn't started to curl its toes up.

Have you been using a strong mix of liquid feed lately, especially with high nitrogen?

This looks like typical aphid damage - take a look inside the curled-up leaves to see if you can see any. It is very, very common on fruit trees and the aphids are usually spread by ants, who 'farm' them and feed from their sugary exctreta.

The good thing is this doesn't cause the tree too much harm and it will recover, once predator (eg ladybird) numbers build-up.
