Can someone tell me if this is a plant or a weed, if it’s a plant can you tell me what it is, thanks
yellow flowers, about 3ft high spreading

    Horrible stuff isn't it @Buttercupdays! 
    I had some at my last house which I 'tolerated' as it was one of the few things the rabbits didn't eat, and it was useful by the pond. Wouldn't have it in a gift normally  though. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....



    I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
