    @purplerallim That’s a very helpful observation. I think I’ve just made up my mind - I will remove the bottom leaves under the first truss and the off leaves that are causing congestion @GemmaJF @Fairygirl

    @REMF33 Haha don’t we all.. my balcony table has semi permanently turned into the potting/seedling table this year..



    This was during the last heat wave when I felt compelled to join them in the sun with a glass of wine (for me, not them 😌)

    And right after posting in this thread, went out to the greenhouse and found a black tomato with snapped stem because of the weight. It must have only just happened because the top is still healthy, so I'm going to try my own trick of tie and honey, see if I can save it.

    @strelitzia32 honey eh? That’s one hell of a pampered tomato plant.. hope it heals.
