Foxgloves still not flowering?

Evening fellow gardeners!

So I have had these foxgloves planted for a few months now and as you can see they’ve got plenty of green growth, but still no feed? Would a bit of tomato feed help?

I'd leave them, they'll flower in due course.

What variety are they? All of my purpurea have been in flower for weeks but the x mertonensis I have is only just starting to look like flowering soon.

They are Purpurea Excelsior. Some are in flower just find it odd that some are not. 🤔
