  • and Im not sure re ladybird larva - the pics of lady bird seem to have a curved body, whereas this is long and straight, albeit very small... kind of green underneath too
  • Hi. It's definitely a lady bird larvae. It is known as a inconspicuous ladybird. They are very small and often brown. It's in the Scymnus family. I found one in my last garden and had it confirmed by the ladybird survey. You could send your picture to them and they will be able to help. It will also be a good record for them, because they are often overlooked.
