Old Ericaceous plant feed

Whilst having a clear out, l came across an unopened pack of organic ericaceous plant food. Bearing in mind l haven't had camellias for at least 10 years, it must be at least that old 😳.
Assuming it still works, am l safe to use it as a general purpose fertilizer on the garden (no ericaceous loving plants these days),  or should I get rid ?
