Tomato plant help

    When tying the main tomato vine, tie the piece of string tightly onto the bamboo support first so that it does not move up and down. Then, with that same string tie a loose loop around the vine - do this under the armpits of leaf nodes so that it prevents the plant from falling down.

  • Hi everyone! Thank you for your help so far! I was just wondering how much more I can expect him to grow - I first decapitated him on the 28th June, and he's grown over a foot since then, even though I took the top off a couple more times when he didn't seem to stop growing at all! He's secured to the pole at 3 points, and the tomatoes themselves seem to be doing well... I'd just rather he didn't reach the ceiling!
