yellow leaves with green rings

Hello,

Just planted my Ilex aquifolium 'Pyramidalis' and noticed some leaves turn yellow. The yellowing shows on some leaves with green rings and then dropping on ground fully yellow. 

Any ideas what's wrong with my plant? It's in a raised bed together with other plants, wondering if this will spread further...

Just checked the acidity of the soil and it's acid, not alkaline.

    Very strange, I've never seen any thing like that before. I'm bumping it up to see if anyone knows what might be going on.

    Still no clue... It looks similar to green ring mottled virus but it only affects cherry trees. I've returned the tree to the garden centre, they said the green rings are nothing they've seen before, therefore the tree is fine...

    The yellowing leaves are normal but the green rings indicate some problem... so strange!
